Revisions and Delivery Policy

Revisions
Personalised Story Song: one minor post-delivery revision.
Premium & Ultimate: one pre-production lyric revision and one minor post-delivery revision.
Minor revisions include factual corrections, name pronunciation and small lyrical adjustments. Additional minor revisions are $15 each.
Not included: full genre changes, a new singer, major rewrites, additional verses or new song concepts.
Technical defects or mistakes made by us are always corrected free of charge.
Express Song and Manifestation Songs: include the revisions listed on the package at checkout. Additional minor revisions are $15 each.

Delivery
Every song is personally reviewed before release, so each package shows an estimated production time rather than instant delivery. Estimates start once we have everything we need; if we need more information, we will email you.
Order by December 12 for Christmas delivery. After that, choose a digital gift certificate to give on the day.
Your song is delivered digitally on your private order page, with downloadable files. Download links expire for security and refresh each time you open the page. You decide when to share the recipient gift page — we never contact the recipient.
