Cookie Policy

Essential storage

These are needed for the website to work and are always on. They remember your checkout progress, your cookie choices, studio login sessions and whether a purchase has already been counted. They are stored in your browser and are not used for advertising.

Analytics (optional)

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited and whether the site works well. It may set cookies such as _ga.

Advertising (optional)

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) measures whether our ads lead to visits and orders. It may set cookies such as _fbp.

When an order is paid, these tools receive only the order number, value and currency — never your name, email, story, photos or recipient details. Private gift pages never load these tools.

Your choices

Visitors in the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland — or wherever we cannot determine your location — are asked first, and optional tools load only after you accept. Elsewhere, optional tools are on by default and you can switch them off at any time.

Rejecting optional cookies never affects browsing, checkout, payments, order emails or gift delivery.
